Bookings are subject to agreed fees and payment terms, with no right to reject work on the basis of style, composition or editing unless a rejection fee has been agreed in advance.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their control, such as fire, explosion, strike or adverse weather, and all parties comply with UK data protection legislation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and may be varied, with customers notified of any changes prior to booking.
